NO GYM. NO WEIGHTS. NO PROBLEM.

We’re all trying to adjust to life in lockdown, and sure bodyweight exercises are great to a point, but if you are like me you feel best when adding extra weight onto those exercises.

From a coaching point of view I don’t just want my clients to maintain their strength levels while at home, I want them getting stronger during lockdown.

    Hi Gary ,
I’m walking on treadmill each morning. I do the interval traiNing programme on it.
My shoulder is still very uncomfortable.
I have 4 Jerry cans full of diesel. Too heavy for me at the moment.
    Anyway keep well and safe.
Tks for not giving up on me.
    Cheers,
    Kevin.
